Hobbies ~ Do What You Really Like To Do!

I have been talking about the things we really like to do, and I came across these really wonderful picture quotes that I thought of posting them for your knowledge and enjoyment. The last few articles have been rather serious, as the subject of mental health is quite a heavy subject. So for a break I felt like writing something more lighthearted and relaxing,

There are lot of things we can do in life. There is a saying, “Just to eat, drink and pay the bills is not a way to live”. And of course all of us are doing many things to keep ourselves occupied, to keep us going. Being on the blogs itself is proof that we are out and about in learning new things and moving on in life ❤

There are many things we can do to Relax and be Happy, but it depends on what each of us like and want to do, according to our own personality ❤

We all have our own talents, gifts that we can make use of, to keep us active, happy and also to earn our living.

I enjoy doing a lot of activities, both indoor and outdoor. Sometimes a little too much for my age but I like to keep myself active. Today too even though it is winter and cold, I braved the weather and did my front garden 🙂

I also enjoy cooking, housework as I love to keep a neat house, reading and music my favorite topics, for therapy and exercise, Mandala art for relaxing the mind and well…. the list goes on. And You also can do ❤

Sometimes we forget or don’t pay attention, to do the things we like to do. As I said it need not be a Hobby as such, but anything that Relaxes you like what You see above, that makes you Happy and Calm ❤

Doing what we like need not be big things that takes up a lot of money, but even small things, to distract us from unnecessary issues and keep us going. As it is, our life and others can help us but, only we can choose what we like to do to make us Happy, that will lead us to our goals and have a Happy ending 🙂

We Each have Our Own Path!

Today I am writing about what each of us are born to do, or why each of us are born for. We all know that we are all born for some specific purpose. As each one of us are different from each other, and have a unique personality of our own, our purpose is completely different to each other too. There may be similarities, but never exactly the same. For example, see how many of us write blogs here, we writers are all sorts. Each of us have our own style of writing and our own topics. Same with other things too. So how do we find or know what our purpose is? Some are born with a gift a talent. But others? The Purpose of Our Lives !

Everyone has something that they really like to do, that excites them even thinking about it. Those who love to read cannot put down a book until they have finished. Those who love to write keep on writing, and they get lost in what they do and even lose track of time. Scientists, inventors, artists and other various people work into the wee hours into the morning, or even throughout the night days on end, tirelessly as they enjoy what they are doing. So, all of us have what is called the passion, which leads us on our own path into our destiny 🙂

So, when we follow our passion, how do we know it is the right or the wrong path. As I wrote before, passion is what keeps us moving ahead no matter what. There will be obstacles, there may be others who will not understand or/and even criticize what you are doing. But they won’t understand what you like to do as it is what only you like to do. No two people do the same thing the same way!

When we are going ahead in the journey of our life, we will meet other travelers along the way. As in life we all are moving ahead doing what we like along our own paths. From time-to-time people will cross our paths, from some we will learn lessons while others will learn from us. Some will walk for a long way with us while others will part sooner. However, it is, we end up walking alone in our path, as it is our path and ours alone 🙂

We all start walking along our path following our passion towards achieving our goals. As we go along there will be many changes along the way, as that is how life is. There will be detours, even additions to what we already want to do, and sometimes it might end up in a way, a place that we never ever dreamt of. This is the beauty of life, as life is a fascinating mystery. But to achieve all that, “We need to be brave and strong” to face all weathers along the way, as all good things require hard work, dedication and sacrifice. Although we never thought of ending up in a castle, it might be that, ultimately, we have been directed to a magical place we never had thought of. Believe me it does happen 🙂

So, in life, we need to put in hard work. Experience good things as well as bad things. Pain and suffering too, as it is through pain that we let go of the unwanted, to make room for the new things and people in the next level. The challenges we face make us strong and resilient to do more and better things, for ourselves and others in the world. As in the end it is not just for us, we need to make the world a better place as, “We are all one big family in The Universe” Why? Because we are all energy and part of The Universe!

Trials and Tribulations in Healing!

Hello To, All My Dear Readers Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

A year is ending, and each ending is another new beginning. I hope those of you who celebrated Christmas did so and had a good time together with family and friends, and also with less fortunate. Just like me almost all of you have gone through many trials throughout this year and learnt many lessons from them. As we know all challenges are for us to overcome, become stronger and go to that next level in life ❤

When people go through difficulties and face challenges they are not happy. If life just flows by, generally some people do not attempt to go that extra effort to work through and go to that next level. There is something that all of you need to know, that tests and tribulations are not permanent. Sure with Time we go through so many changes. The environment is changing and we also keep on growing and changing with it!

Life can be fascinating, complex, as well as simple. We need to face life as how it comes in a wise way, or else life becomes very complicated and there can be no way out. For this we need to develop the sixth sense, wisdom which is the third eye ultimately when wisdom develops to its full strength. The third eye is not a physical eye, but it is something that makes you to be able to feel, “see from your mind beyond what the normal eye or other senses are able to detect”. In short one becomes very sharp in sensing the surroundings and of those around you. They are better able to know and decide what is good and what works best for them in life. There is no halo round their heads, but they go about life doing what they have to in their own quiet way!

I also have learnt a lot along the way, and we do get upset and hurt although we are aware how life works. But as time goes by and you become mature adults, becoming wise you tend to look at life in a much broader way. Saying that, “It is not all old people who are wise and it is not all young people who are foolish – there are foolish adults as well as very wise young people too” But one thing is sure, as after we have gone through all the tests and tribulations learning our lessons in the correct way, all the hard work pays as always in anything and everything we do. What ever you have gone through in life, if you have faced them bravely and done the right thing, the results would be immeasurable. You would have grown so much and achieved so much that the end result will be like the, “Rainbows after the rains and the pot of gold at the end of it” 🙂

The Purpose of Our Lives!

Thank you all for reading and appreciating what I write. Since recently there is an increase in those who follow and also more coming in from our blogging family to comment and interact, which makes it very interesting and worthwhile putting in all the time in writing here. Today I am Writing on, “The Purpose of Our Lives” 🙂

At certain times in our lives, we find that we are not really satisfied with what we are doing. This is doing jobs, studies or even a hobby. Usually as young children we are guided by our parents or teachers, or even we ourselves think this is what we want to do. But then as we go on, some of us find out what we have chosen to do, does not give that satisfaction that we hoped for. If it is so, “We can lose interest, and our minds begin to work towards finding out what other things we can do, that we really feel like doing. This is Called: “Finding Our Purpose in Our Lives”!

In my case I have Loved Books and Reading. Even My parents have read Nursery Rhymes and stories to me (This is for so many other children too when it comes) and I have been saving my pocket money also to “Buy Books”. I have had BOOKS ALL ROUND ME! But at the very beginning as a child “Did not Imagine me as a Writer. But always wanted to Follow My Maternal Grand Father and My Grand Mother in Giving. As “The Eldest of the Grandchildren I was the person who used to spend Time during my school holidays and have been seeing “All the Giving that was done” by both of them. I have always given. “I can even remember cutting my eraser in to two to give BUT being Young “I did not know exactly “THAT GIVING WAS IN ME or NOW I KNOW I “WAS BORN TO GIVE”. BUT THEN I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION, THAT IT WAS GIVING WITH WHAT ONE CAN BUY FROM MONEY ~ NEVER THOUGHT “THAT GIVING IN THIS WAY TOO – PASSING ON KNOWLEDGE: “I had always wanted to do service. But I never imagined, this is what I ultimately came to do!

“The highest form of charity is, giving out what you know to help others ~ “The Gift of Knowledge” 🙂

The essence of true charity is to give something without expecting anything in return for the gift.
To the Buddhist, the highest gift of all is the gift of Dhamma. This gift has great powers to change a life.

Our minds are such that the moment it gets this message, it goes into action, it begins to work endlessly looking for that something that we can do with enthusiasm and zest, that will be worthwhile doing it and brings us satisfaction. When you read about people, we see some of them “changing” their even very successful careers and turning into doing things completely different to what they were doing!!!

Some when they are very small itself, “Are aware of their talents and gifts by birth and do not have to go looking for what they like to do. “They find they can just draw or paint, play a musical instrument, even do mathematics or speak in other languages at a very young age”. Each one of us are born unique and no two people are born the same. Even identical twins have differences between them. So, to each of us, “The Purpose of our life is different” It has been it, as the world needs all kinds of people to do various kinds of jobs and activities. But it’s not all who recognize this. What is the reason? It is because one has to be spiritually mature and aware what life is and what the gifts we have been given and how to make use of them. Human life is very valuable as it is man who is so advanced than all the other creatures, who can mainly think, plan, speak out and act. So, we need to make use of our lives, and not just idle and waste away this valuable birth!!!

We have been given “These Gifts to be able to make a living, to help ourselves and then sharing or giving others too with what we have been given”. Each one has been given some gift so that we can make use of it to lead a good and happy ❤

Once People Recognize Their “Talents” it comes naturally to follow up in Everything they do. But of course, they also have to work hard to improve and excel at them. For example: Observe, “The people who do various activities in Sports, who win medals even in Olympics, how much they train and practice”? Some find out more side-lines too to improve and excel. Some take a long time and have to find or look for the gift they have been given. Whatever the time period maybe for those who keep on looking and finding out, “What the meaning of their lives” ultimately finds out or even led to the path that they were meant to take. In short to, “The Purpose of Your Life” ❤
