Hope All of You are keeping well. Continuing from last article which is: Health Benefits of Dancing ~ 1! I am writing a little bit more. Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits. Dancing can improve muscle tone and strength, and a great way to meet new friends if that is what you like. There are many styles of dance to choose from, each with its own attractions. Popular styles of dancing include:

Ballet – mostly performed to classical music, this dance style focuses on strength, technique and flexibility.

Ballroom dancing – this involves a number of partner-dancing styles such as the waltz, swing, foxtrot, rumba and tango.

The Art of ballroom dancing has been since 16th Century. This is a Wonderful way for those who like to shape up and to be creative. This dance form is not only for benefiting your body but also Your state of mind and social connections.

  • improved mental functioning
  • improved general and psychological well being

Health Benefits of Ballroom Dancing:
1) Fun and Uplifting:To move yourself to the beat of music promptly puts you in a Positive Mood. Instructions are always given in a upbeat and a lively manner. Also You will be surrounded by Joyful individuals and uplifting melodies. After learning  the moves get ready fora great time.
2) Strength: You will develop more strength as dancers learn to respond to their partners moves. It includes fast turning and spinning.
3) Flexibility: Is a big part of dancing. Both men and women get Health Benefits from it. Most Ballroom Dancing classes start with stretching and warming up, as this helps to relax and dance easily. So the more you dance the more Relaxed You will become.
4) Metabolism: In just 30 minutes you can reduce 200-400 calories. This is almost the same amount if you do running or cycling.
5) Creative Outlet: Ballroom Dancing is an amazing creative activity through all these different movements. As Dancing is something that comes naturally to people.
6) Health: As its a form of movements, it can become a form of exercising and helps reduce weight and helps to have a stronger and a Healthy Heart.
7) Social connectivity: Joining any Dance class or group will help you find friends who will have same interest as you, as even if they are not dancing, but some will be watching who like Dancing and Music Both, and can find even other common interests.

There are lots of different places where you can enjoy dancing, for example, at dance schools, social venues, community halls and in your own home. Dancing has become such a popular way to be active and keep fit, that most fitness clubs now offer dance classes in their group exercise programs. Dancing can be done both competitively and socially. It can be a great recreational and sporting choice, because anyone of any age can take part. It doesn’t matter whether it is cold or raining, as dancing is usually done indoors ❤

The gear you need for dancing will depend on the style of dancing you choose. For example, tap dancing will involve buying tap shoes, whereas ballet will need ballet slippers and ballet clothing. To get started, simply choose a style you enjoy, or would like to try, look online for dance schools in your local area and join a class also.

  • Do warm-up stretches or activities before you begin a dance session.
  • Drink plenty of water before, during and after dancing.
  • Make sure you rest between dance sessions.
  • Don’t push yourself too far or too fast, especially if you are a beginner.
  • Check with your dance instructor that you are holding the correct form.
  • Sit and watch new dance moves first. Learning new moves can be difficult if you are already tired.
  • Perform regular leg-strengthening exercises.
  • Move as fluidly and gracefully as you can.
  • Cool down after a dance session, including stretching.

I have been wanting to write about the benefits of Dancing for a long time. As it is described as the “Best method of Relaxing and getting over stress” Because you Dance with Music and almost all of your mind is on the feeling of Moving to nice Music. “Dance is the most fundamental of all art forms. Dance is a Physical and Mental workout. Dance Stimulates the Mind and Body. It’s proven to increase Cognitive strengths and helps to have good health. That is the Miracle of Dance” 🙂

Dance Its a form of Exercising also Once you get your body moving  Although the picture Quotes say for children, “They are the same for adults” also as you can see. Until I write about them, I thought of posting the picture quotes and a “Beautiful video of Dancing the Waltz” might be a good distraction at this time, “As all are having to stay at home, and even if you do or do not Dance yourself, “It is so enjoyable to watch and Relax” I do Hope you all find this article Educative as well as Enjoyable 🙂

So You want to Reduce Stress “Dance Does That~ It’s called a “Happy Dance” for a reason. Dancing is fun, energizing and effective way to “Relieve stress and anxiety. Just one Lively Dance session can lower negative feelings and get you to feel Relaxed and Positive” Partner Dancing supposed to make you have stronger social bonds and be mentally healthy But what I myself know is to Dance by Yourself or do movement according to music gets you well exercised and leave you in a good mood 🙂

2) Emotional Health: Through The Art of Dance You Are able to Express Yourself – Your Creativity – meaning How You want to make your own movements freely, be it you or even sitting and swaying to and fro, as just by watching also supposed to give a quite an amount of Relaxation as Your Mind is Looking and Listening to The Music”

    4) Physical Health: As Dance makes to be aware of your movements, The Mind gets used to Think or concentrate better and also you Exercise and gets your Happy Hormones More and also helps you to eat better and gets your weight down and have a better figure 🙂
    5) Socialization: This all depends on if you want to go out and meet people and find friends or if you are a person, who likes more to have a few of your own friends and comfortable in your own homes.

3) My self confidence grows.
4) I become stronger and more flexible.
5) I improve my social and creative skills.
6) With dance I develop my concentration.
7) My improvisation and perseverance skills evolve.
8) With dance I train my musical ear, and ability to remember.

Chapter 2 ~ How I Became an Author!

Hello To, All My Dear Readers Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I hope all of you are in Good Health and doing well in your life. As you see I have covered as much as I can “Of My Journey Towards Good Health” in The 1st Chapter. I am not going to repeat the same things over and over again, “Unless anyone wants some information on some issue”, and You can say so in the comment Box below the posts. I hope to be writing on “The Themes of Relaxation” and other ways of “Being Creative and Maintaining a Healthy way of Living”. For the, “New Readers” who are following what I write, “You can choose The articles from the 1st Part”. I have done 111 posts and “To know Who I am” 112th is The Introductory page” Who I am & Why I am Writing!Christmas 1a
It was in December 12th, 2015, I had gone very early to ‘The Shopping Mall” and was listening to “Christmas Carols” and waiting for the shops to open, that I wrote this word on My shopping List, “On Perfection”. The world the society finds it Difficult to see “Perfection” This is why generally when people even Things look too “Perfect” or “Whole” They tend to find some “Flaw” in it. They cannot Believe that some can work up to be “Very near To Perfection”! It can also be the action of making something perfect. Since perfect things are without fault or flaw, perfection is a perfect condition!

What people do not understand is: That it takes a “Lot of Hard work to “Be Perfect” or “Make some Object to ~ Be Perfect”. Perfection is a flawless state where everything is exactly right. It can also be the action of making something very well. Since Perfect things are without fault or flaw, Perfection is a Perfect condition ~ I net! And to “Behave in a Perfect Way’ One has to be “Be Highly Disciplined”!

Discipline: is the “Practice or Standards of Behaviour”. “Is the quality of being able to behave and work in a way which involves obeying particular rules or standards”~ I Net. And also, going about in Life or Doing things correctly and honestly, “Even if someone see them or not” is ~Integrity!

But then “It was this day I realized that: (Definition of calling. 1: a strong inner impulse toward a particular course of action especially when accompanied by conviction of divine influence. 2: the vocation or profession in which one customarily engages) “Writing was My Calling” 🙂
