I thought of writing about Happiness now, “As we need to live in Happiness” I am Posting some simple pictures and quotes as its good to see some simple pictures instead of serious reading all the time 🙂

5th June 2020. Here is the latest Video of Guitar Music from Cosimo Antitosomo from Italy Mondragone. His playing “The Guitar”. You can see “The sea, like all the elements of nature, has a voice, let’s stop sometimes to listen to it…Mondragone, the sea, the dunes (Sand).  
“These are people from Face Book. I have never met so far, but with similar interests, as I also “Love Music” I get them free, he posts them on his Face Book and also on “My Messenger” when he composes (writes a new piece)” You can “Click on it watch and listen free. They are also on You Tube Free. He likes when people listen to his playing “The Guitar”. Enjoy ❤

There are lots of little things like this below, and similar things depending on where you live. Some like to walk on the Beach, watch the sea and the waves, pick flowers and put in vases at home or little ones play with them, some like to have a pet, some like to watch raining. Some are Happy when they get letters or cards by post. “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy It doesn’t have to be very same things which you will enjoy ❤

May 2nd 2020:I started this blog in September 2015, mainly to write my journey on mental wellness “Just in My Pen Name Deepa Nilamani” ~ But as I have been able to, “Receive Healing Energy ~ which began its Journey since February 2016 ” ~ I have had to introduce myself in, “My Full name” and to be seen from where, “I have acquired, “The Gift of Healing Hands” Down The Generation, “Who My Maternal Grandfather is, and My Great Grandfather is, I have added this Link. It is something I have earned, “Through sheer Hard work, Sacrifices, Sharing, Giving, Donating and through Loving Kindness” and above all being “Truthful and Honest”. “The Universal Energy” is also called “Healing or Pranic energy”, “chi” in China and “ki” in Japan. As we know, energy can travel so, “Prayer energy which also can be called Healing Energy” can travel far and wide to distant places too. It’s not possible to cover everything in one post as well it can be too much to Read Understand and Take in: Energy Healing!

“Healing Energy can go to others wherever it is needed ~ Anywhere in “The World”. But one must have A Pure Heart and also receive with a Kind Heart and Loving Kindness. Sometimes you might feel your Right Hand (meaning Your fingers and the palm vibrating) that means you are getting Healing Energies, sometimes it can be the Left Hand (again the fingers and the palm same way), and sometimes it can be Both Hands receiving (again it is the fingers and the palms same way). All depends on How you will need, and they will stay a while, also come and go at certain times and stop ❤ 🙂 ❤
