The topic Gratitude is quite a long overdue topic that I meant to write, but somehow the time never came, and going through some of the articles on other blogs, I thought now is the correct time to write about it 🙂
Learning about Gratitude go far back as 2005 from Sri-Lanka. I am a avid reader and as usual when I was looking for books, I came across this book called, “Taking Care of Me” in the self-help section. It was at the time I was going through low moods, and it was a habit to find books in Motivation and Books of Guidance” There was an e mail address by the author in this book and I happen to send her an e mail, that started a process of being “coached free through e mails then, as well as a long standing friendship up to now”. So below is the book and this article is in, Gratitude to my coach and friend, “The Gratitude Guru M.K.Mueller 🙂

There is much to the meaning of Gratitude. How I was trained was to, write 5 Gratitudes daily and, gradually I was looking for new things that I am Grateful to write, and without my knowledge my mind was slowly changing to a positive way of thinking. So that was a very big step, in lifting myself from having low moods. You can start by whatever things you are Grateful for but it has to be new ones everyday. Below is something of an example ❤

Writing or journaling is the best way to “Relax and Calm down” your mind. Now it’s called journaling. It’s simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. And if you have issues with stress, depression or low moods, or anxiety, keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health”. Writing Gratitudes completely changes your attitude towards how you look and see things in life. There is much to explain and I will be covering them in articles following this. For those of you who are keen there is another book also called, “8 To Great” which MK Mueller has made me, A trainer of 8 To Great”. In your case, you can either write on your own at home, or do it among family members or even through e mails with friends. That makes you to do it everyday. This is MK and the other book which is also a very good book that has helped me a lot ❤

“This is not advertising but this is in thankfulness” and to “show that help comes from completely unknown and surprising ways too”. The coaching and training I was given has gone a long way in helping me to become Positive at the time. And what I am writing here also is what I have learnt through that. It is after 12 years that I am writing in Gratitude to her. In 2005 did I think that today I will be writing on my own blog. Life can change the next day. You too can lift yourself up but, you have to work and be persistent. You need to be strong, take courage and have patience. Life can change for the better and you can come out into the Light or Positivity 🙂

What Is Healing?

Hope all of you are well and moving on with, your lives along your paths in life. Today I am writing to explain what healing I is as how know. There are two kinds of healing ~ physical and mental healing. Physical healing is having a healthy diet, a healthful lifestyle, with the correct kind of activities, plenty of rest and taking the additional nutrients and medication. We need to be physically healthy too for the mind to function well, but here I am writing about mental healing 🙂

While physical Healing  can be seen when it is being fully healed.

it is not so when it comes to mental issues. There is a broad meaning to mental healing, and it can be taken in many different ways, by each and every person. Once One becomes well means that person has Healed ❤

When we want to heal mentally, we have to, “Take full responsibility for ourselves. It involves a great deal of discipline and letting go” We need to commit to work towards our own health and happiness by, releasing any types of behaviours, habits, people, activities, attitudes or emotions that are hindering/blocking our healing process!!!
Forgiveness plays a very big part, (which I will write as a separate article later on) as well as expansion of consciousness and a understanding who we are 🙂

We are responsible for our thoughts. Its thoughts that become words, and actions follows. We ourselves are able to control our thoughts. There are so many ways and means that we can do so. This is for our own good. The more we are in control of our thoughts the more we are in control of our lives. The day we succeed in controlling our thoughts, to a extent that we can be happy is the day we are able to heal to a good extent and to be able to live in Peace and Joyfulness 🙂

Writer’s Block?

Hello To, All My Dear Readers Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

As you all can see, I have taken a long time to write an article since the last one, End of A Very Long Journey ! This is mainly because after that end, I still had not found any, New Beginnings ! to write about. As always, a beginning has to follow an end. Not knowing how to start writing again, I have looked in to this topic about, “The writer’s block”. These are what I came across!

There seems to be many different views by different people. Some do apply to most or or some of us, and maybe some of you also may come across these sometimes?

I found it an interesting topic and decided to write, as somehow I wanted to get back in to writing, and this is one of the advice I found, and hopefully this will help me to be posting articles here again 😛block-4I guess almost all of you are aware that when we write, we have to concentrate to find words in order to write. As I wrote at the beginning, nothing new has happened to me to write about. No one has asked any questions nor given any suggestions either. And as I have found out, “There is that specific time for writing. And also, suddenly certain Topics, and Ideas comes up one after the other, that I cannot decide what to write next. And then I go and ask, “What My Readers what They Like me to write next. But see “They have so many ideas, “I find I don’t know what to do next!

From what I have read and know, we all need a rest from our usual routine to relax and refresh as well as find new and fresh ideas. So, it is for writing as I have found in this quote which says what to do and what not to do. But it Does NOT apply for Everyone!

I am more on to the way of a perfectionist, and this also is a reason that sometimes I take my own time to do things, as whatever I do, I want it to be that perfect piece of work, so writing also comes under that. I wonder how many of you share this trait with me?

Although it is mentioned as a block, somehow, I have managed to write an article about, “The writer’s Block itself”. Yes, it does become quiet to think of what to write and then it has come back suddenly. I thought of this topic that encouraged me to write again which is quite Surprising. But then I found that because, I wanted to write perfectly well also in a way, that delayed me from writing. But again, sometimes when we work too much, we do become tired and needs to take enough, “Rest” to Refresh and write again!

Then do we always become successful and popular writers?  Or do we write because we like to write, to put forth our ideas that flood into out minds. I am not sure if I should say we. But this applies to me, as I don’t earn anything from writing here, and sometimes there is not too much of a response but yet I go on writing, because I like to write. I hope those of you read will give, some of your ideas or views on this. I found this on the I net from another site. Don’t you think it is funny. It says stop the clock 😀

Healing from ~ Depression!

Hello To All My Dear Readers followers and Blogging Friends  ❤

Update: 17th February 2020: I am re- doing some of the articles as with time, I am completely recovered from, “The low moods I was going through, and am completely in Good Health now. I have expanded my knowledge and gained more experiences in life. I have moved on tremendously from the past and am moving on and see The World in Full Colour 🙂

“Some of the old articles are my past”, and I want to write how I am, “Now” the Present time. In short, one can say I am “Editing All the Posts in a Positive way” Am I taking medication at this time of my life? Yes, basic dose of, preventive medication and going for regular checkups. I value my health very much, especially now as I know the difference between being unwell and healthy. “I have a Healthy diet, Proper exercises, Rest and Relaxation so that I am fit and healthy, both in body and mind”. This is how I can write about low moods/depression after being free from it 🙂

After all these years, looking back, I have now realized that this is very true. Although at the time when you are going through all the stress, and you are not aware. It’s not always that one is able to Let Go or Leave stressful life situations just like that, especially if there are other lives depending on you. So, if things are such, then one has to be patient until such time that you can make those changes. Sometimes when the load of stress becomes too much, it can be very small thing that makes you unwell finally. It’s overloading the mind with too many issues. That everything keeps on collecting, and suddenly it is too much stress for the mind. The Time to make Changes!

The sadness stays longer than necessary so much so that alters the chemical balance of your mind and body. This is something that many, “Do Not Know”? Why? “HOW CAN ANYONE SAY, IT’S ALL IN THE MIND!!! “IS THE MIND NOT IN THE HEAD, HOW CAN PEOPLE THINK THAT THE MIND IS ELSEWHERE!!! ONLY THE UTTER FOOLISH ONES!!!

When someone is physically ill then that person is ill. WHEN SOMEONE’S MIND IS OVER WORKED, STRESSED or SAD” it’s ONLY IN THE MIND or THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS MENTAL ILLNESS” And then, “THEY PUT A LABEL!!! MENTALLY ILL that THEY “FORGET and KEEP IT ON FOR LIFE”!!! This is something that “Even some of the so called highly educated people think and say and do” IT IS TIME TO CHANGE” This is why I am writing and doing this blog. Not to earn money, But to make people aware and enlighten the foolish!!! Sorry I do NOT MEAN to OFFEND but these are real things that “I have gone through” and some are going through and I am writing on, “Behalf of whole of Humanity” ❤

“These may Not Apply the same way to everyone” Being anxious can make one go into sad feelings and feel lethargic, sleepy, lack of appetite and not enough energy to be active and one will not be able to do things like other days. All illnesses are psychosomatic ~ both mind and body. So, when the mind gets affected, naturally when the health of the body also goes down. What PTSD is, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Remembering the past Trauma, “The sad things one has gone through in life” And knowingly so many people in real life and even on the I net still stress and disturb people when all what they are trying to do is to HELP others.

“My Intentions are Purely to Help, to give Hope to Lead A Healthy Life” ~ To Give Faith and Hope that they too can lift their heads up and Be Healthy”. Sometimes the world, the society can be a very cruel and a vicious place!!!
Why people get sad or upset is because they are unable to be who they are and do the things that they really like. Yes we know we all have to abide by some form of discipline. We need to fit into family, work, society to some extent, we cannot just say and do things only how it suits us, but FREEDOM is Very Important. Behavior – “If other people do not understand our behavior what we can do. We behave according to our personalities”.
Their request that, “We must only do what they understand, is an attempt to, ‘Dictate’ as mostly they ‘Resent’ our ‘Freedom’ and our ‘Courage’ to be ourselves.
We owe nobody an explanation or an accounting, as long as, ‘Our acts Do Not Hurt or Infringe them’.
How many lives have been ‘Affected’ by this need to explain, which usually implies that the explanation be, ‘Understood’ i.e. Approved.

But know that, “A Free Person Owes an Explanation Only to Himself or Herself” And to, “The Few” “Who may have Justified Claim for Explanation” ~ Erich Fromm ❤

But sometimes people are controlled too much. Instead of “adjusting” to fit in or live in harmony with another person or persons (it can be any life situation), sometimes people have to “completely change” from who they are. This is going completely against our natural way of life, our personality that we are born with. You can think of yourself wearing a dress or suit that is not to your coloror style or eating foods that is not to your taste. How do you feel? Uncomfortable. This causes friction, stress. Which in turn makes you uneasy, unhappy, even angry having to do something you don’t like. Naturally. We are born with our own personality. For a short time yes, as sometimes we have to do things, we are not comfortable with, in certain situations. Long term? No? Why? “BECAUSE ALL PEOPLE ARE BORN TO BE FREE, and ALWAYS HAS THE NEED TO FEEL FREE and at PEACE” Again another reason why low moods happens, when our spirits get dimmed. When people are not “Allowed to be who they are, “ACCORDING TO EACH PERSON’S PERSONALITY” to be able to live the WAY THEY ARE BORN TO LIVE. This is where I always say it’s, “Guidance and Not control” Guidance is with loving kindness, and controlling is being selfish ~ where one has to fit in according to another person’s, or other’s needs. So, in life doing things that is not your personality keeps on stressing you. Apparently, there can be lack of understanding and maybe love and caring, as you don’t have to go through such difficult situations if there are people who really care around one. To understand or to know what is happening and help with the situation. This is of course, “Before low moods sets in” Once it does of course one will need to have Medical Guidance on what Best to be done to, “Get your spirits Back” ❤

Update 17th February 2020″: Low moods were not always. As I used to do Housework, even Cook and go to the shops too. To buy groceries, even clothes and Especially the Book Shop, “The Self Help, Motivation section as well as Look for Encouraging and Beautiful Cards with Beautiful verses”. There were times, I just couldn’t keep my head up feeling sleepy that I did sleep then. At one time I was about 30 kilos less than now, around 40 kilos, with hardly any appetite almost half of my weight. Now? A bit over 😀 “This is why I have posted my face, to see what I am now “Happy Healthy and Smiling” ~ “I feel immensely Blessed” with Not only Good Health, But the Gift of Healing as well The Gift of Healing ~ My Grandfather!

When I think of these times, it’s a wonder, a Miracle almost, how I got out of it. But I worked at, “Being Positive”. I become so overwhelmed with gratitude and makes me to write. Those who have Not gone through a severe situation, will not be able to understand what it is to “GET BACK TO ONE’S STRONG SELF” This is why I have Dedicated myself for “THIS CAUSE OF ENLIGHTENING ~ ENCOURAGING, INSPIRING and GIVING HOPE to EACH and EVERY ONE OF YOU” who ever need at certain times. “Pure service is Not expecting anything in return” Just by writing and giving my knowledge itself is a JOY. I cannot describe the satisfaction I get. Service is in me down the line from generations. This is, my knowledge from what I have gone through and what I am doing. My own venture, which I feel “I AM BLESSED TO HAVE GOT THE OPPORTUNITY to SERVE ALL PEOPLE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE” ❤

Any time you need medication and counseling and or therapy and whatever medical assistance to fight “ALL ILLNESS’S, MENTAL or PHYSICAL”. But a major part of it is in your hands too. You need to work at it. You need to be Persistent. “IF I HAVE DEFEATED” and WON”. “YOU CAN TOO” As “We are all part of, “The Universe and The Universe gives us the Strength” to be who we are. WE ALL NEED TO TRY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE ❤
