Thinking About a Topic To Write About!

Hello to, All My Dear Readers, Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

Hello To, You All Hope as usual all of you are keeping well, some of you must be having Summer or warm weather. But here in Aussie it is still winter and Brrrrrr it is almost freezing and very cold. Still, I wanted to post an article but written so many posts I have run out of Topics so “” This is rather a funny sort of Topic don’t you think 🙂

Now to find some good Topic to write about to find out some I have not written before so that some of you also will know if you get stuck what to write about 😀

Phases of life

Not necessarily limited to stages of life such as baby, infant, toddler, child, etc. A new phase in life can also mean deciding to quit drinking, the death of a loved one, or getting a job position that you’ve always wanted.

  • Do you ever break up your life into phases? What are they divided by?
  • What is different in your life compared to 5 years ago?

Dreams

Sharing the dreams you had last night may feel pointless unless the dream was funny or was of strong emotional significance.

Do you have a recurring dream?

Dreams and aspirations

Some things to talk about are: how seriously do you treat your dreams, the current dreams you have, dreams you had as a kid and how your view on them changed over the years.

Which was the weirdest dream you ever had?

  • Where do you want to live in the future?
  • What is your second biggest dream?

Creativity

You could talk about the importance of creativity, ways to nourish and encourage it, what gets you feeling creative, or how you use it in your life.

  • When do you feel the most creative?
  • What does creativity mean to you?

Music festivals

  • You could talk about your favorite type of festival, what you like about going the most, share stories from the festivals you’ve been to or make plans to visit new ones.
Little boy singing with microphone in his hand.

Shared habits

Purposefully creating new healthy habits together can strengthen the relationship and improve our lives in general. Talking about the habits you already share can be a good way to reevaluate or even just appreciate the way things are going now.

What’s your favorite thing that we always do together?

Shared hobbies or interests

A topic similar to shared habits, but a much deeper and wider one. It could be anything from playing music together to cooking or watching a show

People often don’t think about their habits, rituals, and routines at all because those are so ingrained into our personalities. But when you discover those little things that you happen to do similarly, it can bring you together, because they make you feel alike in some way.

  • Are you into fitness?
  • Do you read every night before going to bed?
  • Do you talk to your plants?
  • Do you whisper Wed-nes-day to help you spell it?
Happy woman enjoys reading a book while sitting on the floor. Happy girl takes notes on her diary with interest. Jomo, joy of missing out, book, inner peace concept.

Don’t be afraid to share a little bit about yourself every once in a while. I make sure to share a little bit about my habits because it shows who I am and helps me find interesting commonalities.

Sense of humor

You could talk about the things that you find funny in everyday life or human behavior, what should be off-limits as far as joking goes, tell funny stories about your past or discuss your favorite comedies and comics. Having a sense of humor can also mean being able to laugh at many things.

Good deeds

Sharing and appreciating something that someone has done for you (or even for someone else) can be heartwarming and inspiring.

  • What’s the best thing you’ve ever done for anyone? How did it feel?

Nature

Being in nature feels great, is healthy, and can be a source of many stories. You could talk about your favorite parks, beaches, forests, or other places mostly untouched by the human hand.

  • Have you ever felt as if a place was literally alive as if it was some kind of an entity?
  • What’s your favorite place in nature?

Favorite smells

Anything from smells of food and scented candles to forests, oceans, and mountains.

  • Which one has the best smell: the beach, the forest, or the rain in the Summer?
  • What’s the food you get crazy if you feel the smell?

Kindness

You could talk about the way you define kindness and what it means to you, or take your time to appreciate a person that you consider to be kind.

  • Who’s the most generous person you know?
  • What’s the greatest act of kindness anyone did for you?

  • Which is the thing that made you the proudest of last year?

Sleep

You could talk about whatever affects your sleeping schedule, whether you get enough sleep or you’d like a little bit more, the effects of sleep deprivation, and tips on how to keep your eyes shut tight every night. You could also simply talk about how good it feels to lie down in a soft bed after a particularly exhausting day.

Respect

Respecting the fact that your significant other is more than just that role, being mindful of the way you speak to them, being reliable when they need you, trusting them, and respecting their opinions.

Proudest moments What are some things that you or your partner feel proud of? They can be the proudest moments of a lifetime or just the most recent thing that one is really proud of.Which is the thing that made you the proudest of last year?

A Take-Home Message
We all have the capacity to adapt and to achieve our personal expectations. we raise the bar in relation to our own potential and push ourselves to achieve Higher things. Effectiveness of Adlerian Theory Recent studies have also supported Adler’s belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic alliance has been shown to affect treatment outcomes across a range of conditions, therapeutic modalities, and contexts. In other words, a greater sense of social connectedness rooted in caring for others, connecting with the community, and finding a sense of purpose is linked to improved mental health and well-being.

Which is the achievement in your life you are the proudest of?

This became a very good Topic. I hope you really learnt from what I have written and enjoyed the picture Quotes ❤

Icy Weather ~ 2025!

Hello to, All My Dear Readers, Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

Hope all of you are keeping well. It’s very cold but I am continuing to write, This is quite different from other days of winter having A series of cold fronts and northwest cloud bands will cause a mix of rain and snow across Australia this week, affecting parts of at least six states and territories.

The speckled cloud over Australia’s southeast is associated with a cold air mass that brought snow to several states over the last 24 hours. This included snow to low levels in Tasmania and a top-up of fresh snow in the mainland Alps.

While rain and snow are now clearing from southeastern Australia, the cloud band in the west is going to cause rain to spread over several states during the next two days. The thick band of cloud will also keep a cap on daytime temperatures across parts of SA and NSW on Tuesday. Broken Hill is only forecast to reach a top of 12°C on Tuesday, which is 4°C below average for this time of year. If the temperature stays below 11.8°C on Tuesday, it will be Broken Hill’s coldest day so far this year.

Sydney could also struggle to climb very far above 15°C on Tuesday as increased cloud cover restricts heating across the city.

An interesting feature associated with one of this week’s cold fronts will be a weak northwest cloudband forming over parts of Queensland and NSW on Thursday and Friday. This fleeting cloudband won’t bring widespread heavy rain, but it could deliver about 10 to 20 mm of rain to parts of central and southern Qld and northeast NSW.

This cloudband will also cause cool daytime temperatures over parts of southeast Qld and northern NSW. Brisbane is currently forecast to reach 22°C on Friday but it might struggle to get above 20°C if cloud cover gets thick enough.

This will be a week of fluctuating temperatures featuring periods of wet and cloudy weather for parts of southern and eastern Australia. Check the latest forecasts and warnings in your area throughout the week for the most up-to-date details Cold fronts and another cloud band on the way

Later this week, two cold fronts will sweep across southern Australia and cause bursts of wind and showers in parts of WA, SA, Tas, Vic and southern NSW, along with dustings of alpine snow.

The first front will move across southern Australia from west to east between Tuesday night and Thursday. The second front will push across the country’s south in a similar fashion between Thursday night and Sunday. Both fronts will cause wintry conditions as blustery winds combine with cold air and showers.

Ayurveda ~ Values of Cashew!

Hello to, All My Dear Readers, Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

Hope all of you are keeping well. It’s very very cold but I am continuing to write, being on Ayurveda I thought of Enlightening on Values of Food for being in Good Health. As so many are not aware of the Values of Fruits and Vegetables and most importantly Herbs. Although this is a very popular nut where almost all like to eat, even me 🙂 very few know how they grow!

Cashew is the common name of a tropical evergreen tree. It is native to South America and is the source of the cashew nut and the cashew apple, an accessory fruit. The tree can grow as tall as 14 meters (46 feet), but the dwarf cultivars, growing up to 6 m (20 ft), prove more profitable, with earlier maturity and greater yields. The cashew nut is edible and is eaten on its own as a snack, used in recipes, or processed into cashew cheese or cashew butter. The nut is often simply called a ‘cashew’. The cashew apple is a light reddish to yellow fruit, whose pulp and juice can be processed into a sweet, fruit drink. In 2023, 3.9 million tons of cashew nuts were harvested globally, led by the Ivory Coast and India. In addition to the nut and fruit, the shell yields derivatives used in lubricants, waterproofing, and paints.

The English name derives from the Portuguese name for the fruit of the cashew tree: Caju (Portuguese pronunciation: also known as acaju, which itself is from the Tupi word acajú, literally meaning “nut that produces itself”. The generic name Anacardium is composed of the Greek prefix ana- (ἀνά-aná, ‘up, upward’) It possibly refers to the heart shape of the fruit, to “the top of the fruit stem”. The plant has diverse common names in various languages among its wide distribution range, including anacardier (French) with the fruit referred to as pomme de cajoucaju (Portuguese pronunciation: [kaˈʒu]), or acaju (Portuguese).

The true fruit of the cashew tree is a kidney-shaped or boxing glove-shaped drupe that grows at the end of the cashew apple. The drupe first develops on the tree and then the pedicel expands to become the cashew apple. The drupe becomes the true fruit, a single shell-encased seed, which is often considered a nut in the culinary sense.

The cashew tree is large and evergreen, growing to 14 metres (46 feet) tall, with a short, often irregularly shaped trunk. The leaves are spirally arranged, leathery textured, the flowers are produced in a panicle or corymb long; each flower is small, pale green at first, then turning reddish, with five slender, acute petals The largest cashew tree in the world and is located in NatalBrazil. The fruit of the cashew tree is an accessory fruit What appears to be the fruit is an oval or pear-shaped structure, that develops from the pedicel and the receptacle of the cashew flower. Called the cashew apple, better known in Central America as marañón, it ripens into a yellow or red.

Below you can see how the cashew nuts are formed from the flowers.

The next stage growing a little Bigger from the above small ones’.

Raw cashew nuts are 5% water, 30% carbohydrates, 44% fat, and 18% protein  In raw cashews provide 67% of the Daily Value in total fats, 36% DV of protein, 13% DV of dietary fiber, and carbohydrates. Cashew nuts are rich source of dietary minerals, including particularly coppermanganesephosphorus, and magnesium and of thiaminvitamin B6, and vitamin K Ironpotassiumzinc, and selenium are present in significant content.

Nut and shell

Culinary uses for cashew seeds in snacking and cooking are similar to those for all tree seeds called nuts. Cashews are commonly used in Indian cuisine, whole for garnishing sweets or curries, or ground into a paste that forms a base of sauces for curries (e.g., korma), or some sweets It is also used in powdered form in the preparation of several Indian sweets and desserts. both roasted and raw kernels of Goa Kaju are used whole for making curries and sweets. Cashews are also used in Thai and Chinese cuisines, generally in whole form. The province of Pampanga also has a sweet dessert called turrones de casuy, which is cashew marzipan wrapped in white wafers. In Indonesia, roasted and salted cashews are called kacang mete or kacang mede, while the cashew apple is called jamb

Roasted Cashew

Cashew nuts are processed through several key steps:

  1. Cleaning: The raw cashew nuts are cleaned to remove impurities.
  2. Heating: The nuts are heated to facilitate shelling.
  3. Shelling: The shells are removed either by hand or using machines.
  4. Drying: The shelled nuts are dried to reduce moisture content.
  5. Peeling: The thin skin around the nuts is peeled off.
  6. Grading: The nuts are sorted based on size and quality.
  7. Packaging: Finally, the processed cashew nuts are packaged for sale.

When It’s Best

Cashews are harvested about two months after the fruit (the apple) has set. The nut forms below the apple. This usually happens in the winter. But cashews are available all year long in most stores.

Storage and Food Safety

The best way to store nuts is to keep them in an airtight container at room temperature. They should stay fresh for about three months. If you keep them in the refrigerator, you can prolong their lifespan to up to six months, and if you freeze them, you can use them for about one year.

How to Prepare

Cashews can be eaten raw or roasted. Many people describe them as having a creamy, sweet texture that pairs well with savory and salty foods. Sprinkle roasted or raw nuts on a salad for a boost of protein or add them to the top of a small serving of ice cream. Chop them up and use them as a coating for fish or even add them to oatmeal in the morning.

Promotes Better Heart Health

Cashews, like all nuts, are a high-fat food, but they provide both poly- and monounsaturated fats—a healthy form of fat that helps boost heart health and reduce cholesterol levels when consumed in moderation.2 Cashews also provide diet-friendly fiber, which is associated with a heart-healthy diet. Studies also show that plant-based diets that include healthy fats and protein from nuts and seeds (rather than meat products) can boost heart health.

I hope you found this post quite interesting and full of new knowledge as very few know how cashews come about 🙂
