Healing ~ Basic Steps!

Hello To, All My Dear Readers Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I have written this article at the very beginning in, October 2015 and I see not many have read. Also there are requests to write the basic steps in detail. So I am writing it again with, “New experiences and knowledge I have gained over a period of over 3 years” as today is: 14th February 2019. And now I am updating it again as today is 12th February 2020 after, “Receiving The Gift of Healing in: Who I am & Why I am Writing!

So when too many things happen all at once, and then one become too stressed and begins to get into low moods. But the thing is sometimes however much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will some really understand as to what you are going through. As usually it is difficult for so many to understand unless, “They have experienced themselves” so sometimes it can be that, because they don’t understand, those who are around, might stress you more. So, when a Doctor, Counselor or a Therapist, whoever you are seeing can explain, all can understand more and help to make one become in getting better. Its difficult to tell what to do in this situations as for each person the circumstances are different, as well as for each person the strength of the mind also is different. So anytime you do feel overly stressed and unable to handle them alone, and/or, if your low moods do not go away, please do go and see a doctor and get help. In some countries You are able to go to psychiatrist itself. In some countries, “You have to first go to a GP. Usually the method is to go to a GP “(general practitioner) ~ In the medical profession, a general practitioner (GP) is a medical doctor who treats illnesses and provides preventive care and health education to patients” ~ Courtesy of the I net!

As that will avoid a long and unnecessary sad feelings to you and, to so many people, who depend on you too sometimes in your family. Above all your life is valuable and your health is a very important part of it. The Therapist, the counselor or the doctor will be able to tell you and also the family around you, the best ways to help you ❤

Whether it is mild or otherwise, pain is pain in different amounts. And when it comes to let our feelings of stress out, meaning speak out and discuss with the Counselors, Doctors and Therapists or who ever you are dealing with. Also you need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you, This is another article of mine on this website: Healing from ~ Depression !

I know sometimes how hard it is when you cannot get over the low mood. It seems to go on, but know that, “You can control enough and get over with, “Counselling and Psychotherapy ! and Medication”. I am writing like this is because “I have overcome the sad feelings” over time with all this, and working towards being well, with “Dedication over time with Patience”. It may seem a hard and difficult task when you feel down, but TRUST me if I have become better, so “Can You” But You need to “Be Strong and Kind and Patient with Yourself” You may or may not have help from your family and friends to support you too much sometimes, but understand again, “That those who have not gone through, are unable to fully understand how and what You feel, and You might feel not supported, “But you can try and explain yourself or even much better, “To get your Doctor or your Counselor to explain to them. In the mean time have “Faith and Patience in Yourself ❤

Certain times when you feel well enough, try and read self help books, or go through the I net to find answers and also from other websites. This is my post: Online Psychological Therapy ! Try to relax and even take a nap, if you don’t feel like doing anything, it may be you need to rest so relax and see if you can sleep. will relax and feel better. I know there will be those who advice you with all good intentions, like doing a Hobby. But the thing is it doesn’t have to be a Hobby itself. It can be anything that You feel like doing. Just resting and looking at Nature, the sky how the clouds go by, and the birds flying or the trees or even how the sky changes colours, “What ever even the smallest thing that “You feel like doing so that it will make you to be a little active will start, “Even without your knowledge” It can be that you feel like eating something, even to drink a nourishing drink or heat a soup packet will make you strong. Becoming physically strong also helps in a very big way. “The Important thing is to know what exactly “will make you to like wake up and get you going. It can be drawing, painting, even housework or cooking your favourite dish, or anything that will distract you and make you, “Look forward in Doing”<3

I have now realized that with medical help of counselling and medication, and on our part if we work hard on becoming well with, “Dedication, Persistence and Perseverance”, We can make progress in getting over most of the effects of trauma and, “Ultimately learn to put back the past and lead a Successful Success in Life! and Happy Life. Why don’t you try it too. I wish you so and have Strength and Patience to do so ❤

The Power of Hand Writing!

Hello to, All My Dear Readers Followers and My Dear Blogging Friends ❤

I Hope all of you are keeping well and happy. Today I thought of Writing about the value of writing by hand. As in this increasing digital age, so many have, and are turning to type and swipe, on the computers, laptops, I pad and phones than using pencils or pens to write by hand. In my case I do use all that but, have always liked to write by pens and pencils too from my school days, and still continue to write using my various pens to write. How many of you still still love Writing by hand?

A study in psychological science has been found that students who take down notes by hand, rather than by laptops are better able to remember and grasp the subject. This is because when we are Writing by hand we tend to concentrate and write slowly, be more selective, rephrase and summarise, and choose the most important information, to include in the notes. This makes the brain works more efficiently and we are able to understand the content clearly and memorize better 🙂

The studies with small kindergarten children also showed that, those who learnt the alphabet by Writing exercises, learnt it faster and better than those learning from the key board system. On the whole children both young and old, acquired a better understanding of the language, and were better able to express more ideas with a multitude of  Words !

Writing  journaling are excellent ways for understanding and recovering from stress and Trauma ! In my opinion, the best way to put the mind in order is writing out what is going on in the mind. Typing out also yes but, “Writing  by hand puts in that extra effort and forces out something from inside of you, that cannot really happen from typing” As the hand yields to the emotions inside of you, and helps better to let go or organize your self in a much better way ❤W 4aa
Evidence from new research show the psychological benefits of handwriting. How those who wrote by hand, were more likely to find relief from anxiety, fear and worry than those tapping on a computer. It also shows that jotting down our thoughts and feelings not only help people understand and recover from stress and Healing ~ Trauma ! but also help those with conditions such as asthma and arthritis, those recovering from surgery and issues that are difficult to overcome!

Some who rarely or never use handwriting as an outlet to express themselves, need to know that journaling is so helpful in clarifying one’s way of thinking and doing things in life in higher standards ❤

Writing by hand is a very personal and creative experience. I know as I am very fond of writing by hand. It helps one to be more aware of what is going on in the mind and helps the mind to stay in balance, healthy and happy. So why don’t you try too? If by now if you have not tried?

End The Stigma ~ 2!

So many have appreciated and given a good response to my first article, End The Stigma ~ Discrimination Stops with You! that I am bringing you further information and proof that, we need to end the stigma on, “Mental Health” and see that those who need help in making their minds well, are free and able to seek medical help, and become well and be healthy and happy people, to be an asset to the progress of the society and the world ❤

We all know that the mind is also in our body, and we need to have both our body and mind in good health to be able to lead a normal and happy life, for ourselves and to be of help to others. We do take care of our eyes, teeth and other parts of our body isn’t it. So why not the mind too. So You need to, “TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF AND BE KIND TO YOURSELF” ❤

What some people are not aware is that even as children, those who become unwell or have certain issues while growing up, they need to have medical help. Or they will grow up to be confused adults. All walks of life are concerned, and so many are working towards a society and a world of people who are healthy in their mind as well as the body ❤

Those of you who are reading, and seeing all these posts, now need to be able to feel that, “YOU ARE NOT ALONE” ~ “YOU ARE JUST LIKE ANY OTHER HUMAN BEING” ~ “YOU ARE VALUABLE” and do not be shy or afraid to go to a doctor, or some medical help anytime you have issues with your mind. “IT IS JUST THAT YOUR MIND ALSO HAS THE RIGHT TO BE A LITTLE ILL and NEED SOME MEDICAL HELP, MEDICATION and LOVING KINDNESS” ~ “IT IS YOUR LIFE AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU” ~ “YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF” ❤

Chakra Healing!

Hello To, All My Dear Followers, Readers and Blogging Friends ❤

Hope all of you are keeping well and happy. Thank you for encouraging me by reading, commenting and following my blog. Today I am going to write about the chakras that are within us. What are chakras?

Chakra 9a

Chakra 7

I know most of you who are writing blogs and also those who are highly advanced in their wisdom are all aware that, we are all made of “Energy” Our life force energy is called, “Prana” in Sanskrit, “chi” in China and “ki” in Japan. Below post shows the 7 chakras which respond to 7 different colours as you can see from this post ❤

Chakra 11a
The 1st Chakra: Muladhara or The Root Chakra. The 2nd Chakra ~ Svadhisthana or The Sacral Chakra. The 3rd Chakra ~ Manipura or the Solar Plexux Chakra. The 4th Chakra ~ Anahata or The Heart Chakra. The 5th Chakra ~ Vishuddha or The Throat Chakra. The 6th Chakra ~ Ajna or th Third Eye Chakra. The 7th Chakra ~ Sahasara or The Crown Chakra. They respond to different energy vibrations!

Chakra 13
You can see how the chakras deal with what we think, say and do. As what we say and do is according to how we think from our minds. So in the present times it is understood that the root cause of most illnesses is psychosomatic – both body and mind – where the mind influences the body to create when Positive when Happy, and when stressed and negative!

You can see from the above post the effects and meanings of each Chakra, The Colour, The element and the Sense. This is how chakras are healed, by sound, colour therapy and many other ways, which I will be writing in details in the coming articles, as to describe all 7 in one article is not possible 🙂

The chakras are also connected spiritually as they are energy. This is why we need to know about religion – to know how life works. We need to lead our Lives with care, as Life is Valuable. We need to learn from those who are having higher knowledge and experience more than us as, “We are all governed by Spiritual laws, Principles of Consciousness which are according to, “The Laws of The Universe” as, “We are all in the Universe” and need to abide by them ❤

I have been in the process of clearing my chakras in the past, and even more intensively in the past few weeks through prayers and meditation with the hope of – coming on to a very special event 🙂 which will be revealed soon I hope as it has been a very long journey to polish up my wisdom. Praying, along with many other ways of therapeutic ways has helped me to become well and to be able to write to you all, “To give Hope and to feel you too can come up. Why not? All human beings can achieve so much by hard work, dedication and sacrifice. So “Today I am able to share my Knowledge and Experiences to give Hope, and have the Joy and satisfaction that I am contributing in my own small way to the wellbeing of others in the society and the world” 🙂
