It has been, “A Very Long Journey over a 31/2 Years”! So many of you have shown that, what I write is helpful, and I am Honoured To feel “All My Time, Energy and Hard work is being rewarded. I am even more encouraged to try and write even better so that many more are able to benefit from my blog ❤

It is a Double Celebration as All of you are aware that, “I have been able to Receive, “The Gift of Healing” Coming Down The Generations from My Maternal Grand Parents. My Grand Father and My Great Grand Father ~ who were Very Highly Qualified Ayurvedic Doctors.

Gabriyal Perera Wickramarachchi (Sinhalese: ජී. පී. වික්‍රමආරච්චි; 28th September 1889 – 29th March 1975) Wickramarachchi was born on 28th September 1889 as the third son of the family to Velum Perera Wickramarachchi. Life’s Challenges ~ 1!

Hello to, All My Dear Readers Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

Challenge 3

I hope all those who are following my journey are keeping well and reading what I write and learning something new. Life is Not always easy, “That is because everyone’s life is not a straight path even mine”, we all share the same, sometimes slow and sometimes like a roller coaster ride. Of course, I do not go on the real rides as I prefer to look at those going and enjoying

We have to “Be Very Strong” to face the challenges as we come across so many different ways that things happen in life ❤

Challenge 6nd, troubles of all sorts are for all of us. Only some do not show and bear in silence. “Can you think of one person you know who has never been unwell, gone through financial difficulties or stress? Can you? No! So we all go through difficult times, that comes as challenges, for us to overcome them and move over to the next level Up ❤

Challenge 3So you need to know there is a meaning all this. Either you face, overcome them and move on to the next level or not fight, and waste your precious time and energy. In every religion, every wise person, all the books, even the quotes all teach us these things to guide us all. Some may not understand this at once, but Believe, have Faith, and trust how things happen (process) in life. Learn to be wise, read and learn how to make the best use of what is available. It is not only meditation, but prayers and guidance from others, and from our own mind too, we all learn what best to do and what path to follow to achieve our goals ❤

Human life is so precious. What animal can read? Choose how to live? Do they have a choice? As human beings there are opportunities open to us. We as human beings, majority of us have a choice. It may be some of you are not in a position to choose at this time of your life. But have Faith things can Change. Always have Hope that Life will turn to the better. Pray, Meditate and “As I receive Healing Energies ~ from The Universe” I Pray from My Heart, that Life WILL improve and You will have a better tomorrow a Better Future” ❤

Which I never thought I have had to face as you see, I thought I had already faced the greatest challenges, trials and tribulations in the past year. And again, it has been even a more challenging “A Greater belief of Faith” which I have moved, on to 2019, with more strength, zest and zeal to be able to move on with my life on the “Path of Service” ❤

Chakra Healing ~ Manipura!

Hello to, All My Dear Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

Hope you are in Good Health. I started my journey in a small way it has become almost a lifetime of work and very much more. Much more than I can imagine. And I have achieved my Goal of giving Faith and Hope for so many people around the World.

Hope all of you are doing well and happy. I am continuing with chakra healing with the Manipura chakra which is situated midway between the rib cage and the naval.

Chakra 2
Chakra 3

It is the third energy center and is associated with the sun and the element is fire. “This is where you will feel Your Personal Power”, and on the negative side anxiety, which leads to stress where people feel, “Butterflies in the stomach and causes stomach upsets when they are over stressed”. Actually this, Butterflies in the stomach is felt by so many, “When they have to do a test or exam, an Interview and such normal things in everyday life by all people its not some ailment” So what you need to do when this happens is to,” Relax and do things to Calm you down”, eat healthy and have enough sleep time ❤

Chakra 12a
Manipura chakra relates to the digestive system, muscles, metabolism and your self-esteem and will power. The colour of this chakra is yellow and when imbalanced we can re-balance with yellow colour fruits and vegetables too ❤

Fruits 9Yellow foods stimulate physical and emotional release from this chakra and also, turmeric and ginger which helps calm down an upset stomach. You can find out more information from this post from this post from: Omveda ❤

Chakra 13
Solar plexus chakra is one of the most powerful tools we have to create our personal circumstances how well to live. Sages and philosophers have known for thousands of years that personal belief systems (how people think from their minds ~ the thoughts) by which people recognize and understand how the world appears to work, are of very important to their wellbeing. Because by having a positive mind you have positive thoughts, thereby people can feel valued and accept Themselves to be Confident and well-balanced human beings to become useful to Themselves and to the world 🙂

The Solar Plexus Chakra at the spiritual level is to gain wisdom to know the true nature of each of us, as its not possible to understand who you are, until you know what your strength and weaknesses are. Once you are aware of your real personality, you are able to move on with life in agreement with the true self to be free and at peace, which is the ultimate goal in our lives. Below is an affirmation which you can follow towards being supportive to your spiritual growth ❤
