Hope All of You are Keeping in Good Health. This is a Topic I have felt The Need to write as I have found out “Very Important at “These Times of Health Issues”. Healing Panic ❤

A panic attack is an unexpected episode of intense fear and anxiety accompanied by physical symptoms that are similar to the body’s normal response to danger. Panic disorder is the term used when a person is prone to repeated attacks of panic. “Chronic panic” probably means there are persistent symptoms, more suggestive of generalized anxiety disorder. Many people living with panic disorder describes feeling as though they are having a heart attack. The feeling may be so intense that they may seek emergency medical assistance, especially if they are unaware that they have panic disorder.

Update: 27th October 2021: Actually, there is a “Very Important incident for this” But now that it is long time ago (1924) I have taken off the full story. One day I had finished my shopping and sat to have a bit of a rest before going to the car. There was a lady seated in the same seat who was going to the shops having a rest. I asked her “Do you like reading and she said not much but “My daughter reads”. and she needs help. Then I said give her this card it is my website. “It is about Mental wellness. “To Give Hope and Strength” I got Healing Energy into My Hands after I went home, I hope my website helped her!

How is a panic disorder treated?

If you suffer from panic disorder, it can be helpful to know 2 things at First:

  • Don’t Think of Them as You are in life-threatening danger.
  • And keep Your strength and Hope that the symptoms will go away.

    At The same Time “Please see A Doctor “As soon as Possible”!
  • What is A Panic Attack: A Panic Attack is a response to a stressful situation, where you feel like you are losing control.

May 1st 2022: This is some new information I found in a “Psychology Magazine” Yes already it is shown water helps to feel fresh and to feel Relaxed, and to splash water on our faces above also, and even when we are tired and hot. But now what is being said is to use ice water if possible or very cold water. “A Sudden change in Temperature makes a, “Deeply Relaxing Shift so Muscle Tension and shakiness drops. And supposed to “Stop the Panic attack in its tracks” You need to take a Bowl of cold water, If possible or like to add some ice (ice might be not ok if its very cold winter or have sensitive skin). And to Dip your whole face in the bowl for a little while. All depends on each of you. And to do again if necessary 🙂

If you have a panic attack, you might have a racing heart and be flushed with sometimes Pain you chest also. You might feel sweaty, shaky, dizzy Faintish and breathless. You may not have all these and know “What You get” Whether it is mild or severe when people over work or get hurt, they get stressed. And when it comes to Healing, You have to somehow “Learn to Relax” and let Your feelings of  “Stress which is, discomfort or sadness reduced” ❤

Here are some more Ideas, “That You can choose or which are Possible for Each of You” To do As Soon As Possible ❤

You need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you ❤

The thing is sometimes how ever much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will they really understand what you are going through. Or sometimes  it can be that, the very ones who should be “Caring and supporting you will get upset themselves and might be not able to help you. At these times see if you can find “A Friend, even an outsider who can Understand” You ❤

To manage panic disorder, you need strategies to regain some control. Techniques that can help you feel calmer include:

  • Relaxation strategies
  • Breathing exercises
  • Mindfulness
  • Meditation

Make Note: This is ***This is Not Professional Counselling*** What I am writing is “Mostly My first hand Knowledge and Experiences, and  also, doing references”. 5th June 2020. Here is the latest Video of Guitar Music from Cosimo Antitosomo from Italy Mondragone. His playing “The Guitar”. You can see “The sea, like all the elements of nature, has a voice, let’s stop sometimes to listen to it…Mondragone, the sea, the dunes (Sand).  
“These are people from Face Book. I have never met so far, but with similar interests, as I also “Love Music” I get them free, he posts them on his Face Book and also on “My Messenger” when he composes (writes a new piece)” You can “Click on it watch and listen free. They are also on You Tube Free. He likes when people listen to his playing “The Guitar”. Enjoy ❤

There are lots of little things like this below, and similar things depending on where you live. Some like to walk on the Beach, watch the sea and the waves, pick flowers and put in vases at home or little ones play with them, some like to have a pet, some like to watch raining. Some are Happy when they get letters or cards by post. “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy It doesn’t have to be very same things which you will enjoy ❤

How I am My Path was Born!

I hope all of you are keeping Well and Happy. I wish to be so. There are enough facts and figures going on so I need not add to all that. My Wish was always, “To Leave A Heart Print of Healing Energy as I walked along for “Good Health” and to be “Spreading Happiness and Joy to Everyone” ❤ ❤ ❤

I love Beautiful pictures and Quotations. After I started Face Book, in 2011, Happiness Quotes was Born on The 24th August 2012. I created “Happiness Quotes page” to post, Happy and Bright pictures with Positive quotations of, Hope,Wisdom, Courage, Faith and Love. At “The Beginning” I had to learn “How to share a post itself” and then slowly “I Learnt to write on pictures” As I progressed, I found that I was getting over the Low Moods and started to become more Positive and Happier. And then slowly, “I started writing my Experiences and Knowledge of my journey of becoming well”. Without my being aware, Going through so much of Colourful and Uplifting Pictures and Quotations, I had been Uplifting Myself also and had become Very Positive. At the same time I also “Trained as an “ESL Tutor in (English as A Second Language)” and started working in TAFE (Technical And Further Education). I got this need to study further and, I started to study, on line and did Two Courses, “Personnel Development and Natural Health and Healing” through MSA (Monash University Student Association ~Training and Professional Development). I did these very well and then, started to study for A Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I wanted more Knowledge and to feel doing something to advance myself as well as, “Most importantly I wanted to show that, “People can overcome so called low moods and can concentrate and study and achieve Higher standards of Life to be Happy and Health and able to lead Normal Lives again!

As I was studying, I needed to put my mind fully on the course and found my Mind going along “The Path of Healing” that was taking me away from being a Tutor of English. Besides I have been teaching English for a very Long time, starting with my sons and then, once they were grown up, I started teaching the children around my home, and doing the same thing was not all that interesting and Health and Healing became “More important”, That I stopped being a Tutor and became fully involved myself in to studying. In a way, The course itself was quite advanced and I needed to concentrate and put my mind fully into studying the notes, “The Theory part of it also”. Actually this was the “Best thing that happened to me, as I really learnt so much about the, “Theories and Techniques of Counseling and below are The Main Theories that I studied”:

1.) Psychoanalytic Therapy
2.) Adlerian Therapy
3.) Existential Therapy
4.) Person-Centered Therapy
5.) Gestalt Therapy
6.) Behavior Therapy
7.) Cognitive Behavior Therapy

All these really helped me while I was studying, as not only the theory part but, I had to answer my own way of “dealing with certain other client’s issues. How I would go about counseling them, in real life. The last Therapy, ” The Constructivist Approach to Cognitive Behavior Therapy ~ By Dr. Donald Meichenbaum, was what really worked for me, Like The cherry on The Cake” 🙂

Dr. Donald Meichenbaum:, New York, New York, United States is an American psychotherapist . He is considered one of the founders of cognitive behavioral therapy . He attended from 1954 to 1958, the Taft High School in New York City and then 1958-1962, the City College of New York . From 1962 to 1966 he studied at the University of Illinois in Urbana . From 1966 to 1969 he was Assistant Professor of Psychology, University of Waterloo , Ontario , 1970-1973 Associate Professor of Psychology and from 1974 to 1998 Meichenbaum was Professor of Psychology in Waterloo. In 1996, he became director of the Melissa Institute for Violence Prevention and Treatment in Miami , Florida. He was voted one of the Ten Most Influential Psychotherapists of the Century by North American Therapists in a 1999 American Psychologist Survey . “The Constructivist Approach to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy” Donald Meichenbaum  has developed his approach by in-cooperating the “Constructivist Narrative Perspective (CNP)” people tell of significant events in their Lives!
One of the, “Therapeutic tasks” is to help clients appreciate how they construct their realities and how, “They Author their own stories” 🙂

Therapists help clients on how they, “Construct reality (story tell) and examine the Implications and Conclusions clients draw from their own stories” Telling the of The Rest of The Story ~What They did to Survive and Cope ~ bolster clients Strengths and Help Them Develop Resilient behaviours. In this way, “Clients can Move from being Clients to ~ “Strong Willed Survivors” and “Successful People ~ Dr. Donald Meichenbaum, Ph.D.

Dr. Meichenbaum uses these questions to evaluate the “Outcome of, “The Therapy”:
1. Are clients now able to tell, “A New Story about themselves and the World”?
2. Do clients now use more Positive Metaphors to Describe Themselves?
3. Are clients now able to “Predict high-risk situations and Employ Coping Skills in emerging problems”?
4. Are clients able to “Take Credit for the changes, “They have been able to bring about”?

In Successful Therapy Clients, “Develop Their Own Voices Take Pride in what They have Accomplished, and “Take Ownership of The Changes they are bringing about”. In short, “CLIENTS BECOME THEIR OWN THERAPISTS and TAKE THE THERAPISTS VOICE WITH THEM” 🙂

And This is who I became. Taken the Therapists Voices with me and have been Moving forward Telling My Own Story in Helping Others to have “Faith, Hope and to Heal” and Lead a Life of Good Health, Prosperity, Happiness and Joy and Peace at Heart ❤

At The same times I have been, Praying and Meditating intensely since a very very long time. My wish was to, receive, “The ability to Heal” what I was asking was for Protection and for Guidance and Blessings. I was aware, “That My Maternal Grandfather had this Very Rare Gift of Healing, “Coming down through The Generations, and even My Great Grandfather was an, “Ayurvedic Physician himself.

As “Eldest of The Grand children I had the good Luck to be able to” spend my school holidays with My Grandparents in their Home, and was able to see from Far where I was seated, “My Grand Father seeing Patients on certain days, when I used to go to pick him up, seated near the door, until he finished the last of the patients in the night” At that time I was not really aware, “What This Healing Gift was, But what I wanted was to, “To do service like him and My Grandmother, in giving which is, Being Dedicated for Pure Service” Little did I know, “That somehow what My Grandfather was doing “Had gone in to my mind at that time and as I was moving along, “Little by little I was Reading and Trying to Understand what it was”!

It was then I started studying “Natural Health and Healing”, that I started getting energy into My Hands. A friend who was A Spiritual Healer herself asked if My Hands became warm when I came across someone who was not well. And also mentioned that it was, “My Grandfather’s Energy and also suggested some reading material to me”. Then on gradually I began to to understand more and more and finally I did begin to feel, “My Hands getting Energy at certain times even when I was writing on This Blog” and also when some of them needed Healing Energy” meaning I had, “Received the, “Gift of Healing to Both my Hands”!

Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits. Dancing can improve muscle tone and strength, and a great way to meet new friends if that is what you like. There are many styles of dance to choose from, each with its own attractions. Popular styles of dancing include:

Ballet – mostly performed to classical music, this dance style focuses on strength, technique and flexibility.

Ballroom dancing – this involves a number of partner-dancing styles such as the waltz, swing, foxtrot, rumba and tango.

Health Benefits of Ballroom Dancing:
1) Fun and Uplifting:To move yourself to the beat of music promptly puts you in a Positive Mood. Instructions are always given in a upbeat and a lively manner. Also You will be surrounded by Joyful individuals and uplifting melodies. After learning  the moves get ready fora great time.
2) Strength: You will develop more strength as dancers learn to respond to their partners moves. It includes fast turning and spinning.
3) Flexibility: Is a big part of dancing. Both men and women get Health Benefits from it. Most Ballroom Dancing classes start with stretching and warming up, as this helps to relax and dance easily. So the more you dance the more Relaxed You will become.
4) Metabolism: In just 30 minutes you can reduce 200-400 calories. This is almost the same amount if you do running or cycling.
5) Creative Outlet: Ballroom Dancing is an amazing creative activity through all these different movements. As Dancing is something that comes naturally to people.
6) Health: As its a form of movements, it can become a form of exercising and helps reduce weight and helps to have a stronger and a Healthy Heart.
7) Social connectivity: Joining any Dance class or group will help you find friends who will have same interest as you, as even if they are not dancing, but some will be watching who like Dancing and Music Both, and can find even other common interests.

There are lots of different places where you can enjoy dancing, for example, at dance schools, social venues, community halls and in your own home. It can be a great recreational and sporting choice, because anyone of any age can take part. It doesn’t matter whether it is cold or raining, as dancing is usually done indoors ❤

  • Drink plenty of water before, during and after dancing.

  • Sit and watch new dance moves first. Learning new moves can be difficult if you are already tired.
  • Perform regular leg-strengthening exercises.
  • Move as fluidly and gracefully as you can.
  • Cool down after a dance session, including stretching.
