I have been writing so much and about Articles of writing All About Writing! itself but, I have over looked writing about the Benefits of Reading. That today I have decided to write about how Valuable Reading is. Explaining the above a little bit: Benefits are, Reading adds so much of extra Knowledge as we read, we come across new words, how to use them, new findings and information, helps to relax as the mind calms down ~ (unless it is it is stressful things) and if one takes a book or any reading material, to read before sleeping, automatically You will find You will feel sleepy and even fall asleep while reading. Generally reading while lying down this is what happens.

How I am My Path was Born!

I hope all of you are keeping Well and Happy. I wish to be so. There are enough facts and figures going on so I need not add to all that. My Wish was always, “To Leave A Heart Print of Healing Energy as I walked along for “Good Health” and to be “Spreading Happiness and Joy to Everyone” ❤ ❤ ❤

I love Beautiful pictures and Quotations. After I started Face Book, in 2011, Happiness Quotes was Born on The 24th August 2012. I created “Happiness Quotes page” to post, Happy and Bright pictures with Positive quotations of, Hope,Wisdom, Courage, Faith and Love. At “The Beginning” I had to learn “How to share a post itself” and then slowly “I Learnt to write on pictures” As I progressed, I found that I was getting over the Low Moods and started to become more Positive and Happier. And then slowly, “I started writing my Experiences and Knowledge of my journey of becoming well”. Without my being aware, Going through so much of Colourful and Uplifting Pictures and Quotations, I had been Uplifting Myself also and had become Very Positive. At the same time I also “Trained as an “ESL Tutor in (English as A Second Language)” and started working in TAFE (Technical And Further Education). I got this need to study further and, I started to study, on line and did Two Courses, “Personnel Development and Natural Health and Healing” through MSA (Monash University Student Association ~Training and Professional Development). I did these very well and then, started to study for A Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I wanted more Knowledge and to feel doing something to advance myself as well as, “Most importantly I wanted to show that, “People can overcome so called low moods and can concentrate and study and achieve Higher standards of Life to be Happy and Health and able to lead Normal Lives again!

As I was studying, I needed to put my mind fully on the course and found my Mind going along “The Path of Healing” that was taking me away from being a Tutor of English. Besides I have been teaching English for a very Long time, starting with my sons and then, once they were grown up, I started teaching the children around my home, and doing the same thing was not all that interesting and Health and Healing became “More important”, That I stopped being a Tutor and became fully involved myself in to studying. In a way, The course itself was quite advanced and I needed to concentrate and put my mind fully into studying the notes, “The Theory part of it also”. Actually this was the “Best thing that happened to me, as I really learnt so much about the, “Theories and Techniques of Counseling and below are The Main Theories that I studied”:

1.) Psychoanalytic Therapy
2.) Adlerian Therapy
3.) Existential Therapy
4.) Person-Centered Therapy
5.) Gestalt Therapy
6.) Behavior Therapy
7.) Cognitive Behavior Therapy

All these really helped me while I was studying, as not only the theory part but, I had to answer my own way of “dealing with certain other client’s issues. How I would go about counseling them, in real life. The last Therapy, ” The Constructivist Approach to Cognitive Behavior Therapy ~ By Dr. Donald Meichenbaum, was what really worked for me, Like The cherry on The Cake” 🙂

Dr. Donald Meichenbaum:, New York, New York, United States is an American psychotherapist . He is considered one of the founders of cognitive behavioral therapy . He attended from 1954 to 1958, the Taft High School in New York City and then 1958-1962, the City College of New York . From 1962 to 1966 he studied at the University of Illinois in Urbana . From 1966 to 1969 he was Assistant Professor of Psychology, University of Waterloo , Ontario , 1970-1973 Associate Professor of Psychology and from 1974 to 1998 Meichenbaum was Professor of Psychology in Waterloo. In 1996, he became director of the Melissa Institute for Violence Prevention and Treatment in Miami , Florida. He was voted one of the Ten Most Influential Psychotherapists of the Century by North American Therapists in a 1999 American Psychologist Survey . “The Constructivist Approach to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy” Donald Meichenbaum  has developed his approach by in-cooperating the “Constructivist Narrative Perspective (CNP)” people tell of significant events in their Lives!
One of the, “Therapeutic tasks” is to help clients appreciate how they construct their realities and how, “They Author their own stories” 🙂

Therapists help clients on how they, “Construct reality (story tell) and examine the Implications and Conclusions clients draw from their own stories” Telling the of The Rest of The Story ~What They did to Survive and Cope ~ bolster clients Strengths and Help Them Develop Resilient behaviours. In this way, “Clients can Move from being Clients to ~ “Strong Willed Survivors” and “Successful People ~ Dr. Donald Meichenbaum, Ph.D.

Dr. Meichenbaum uses these questions to evaluate the “Outcome of, “The Therapy”:
1. Are clients now able to tell, “A New Story about themselves and the World”?
2. Do clients now use more Positive Metaphors to Describe Themselves?
3. Are clients now able to “Predict high-risk situations and Employ Coping Skills in emerging problems”?
4. Are clients able to “Take Credit for the changes, “They have been able to bring about”?

In Successful Therapy Clients, “Develop Their Own Voices Take Pride in what They have Accomplished, and “Take Ownership of The Changes they are bringing about”. In short, “CLIENTS BECOME THEIR OWN THERAPISTS and TAKE THE THERAPISTS VOICE WITH THEM” 🙂

And This is who I became. Taken the Therapists Voices with me and have been Moving forward Telling My Own Story in Helping Others to have “Faith, Hope and to Heal” and Lead a Life of Good Health, Prosperity, Happiness and Joy and Peace at Heart ❤

At The same times I have been, Praying and Meditating intensely since a very very long time. My wish was to, receive, “The ability to Heal” what I was asking was for Protection and for Guidance and Blessings. I was aware, “That My Maternal Grandfather had this Very Rare Gift of Healing, “Coming down through The Generations, and even My Great Grandfather was an, “Ayurvedic Physician himself.

As “Eldest of The Grand children I had the good Luck to be able to” spend my school holidays with My Grandparents in their Home, and was able to see from Far where I was seated, “My Grand Father seeing Patients on certain days, when I used to go to pick him up, seated near the door, until he finished the last of the patients in the night” At that time I was not really aware, “What This Healing Gift was, But what I wanted was to, “To do service like him and My Grandmother, in giving which is, Being Dedicated for Pure Service” Little did I know, “That somehow what My Grandfather was doing “Had gone in to my mind at that time and as I was moving along, “Little by little I was Reading and Trying to Understand what it was”!

It was then I started studying “Natural Health and Healing”, that I started getting energy into My Hands. A friend who was A Spiritual Healer herself asked if My Hands became warm when I came across someone who was not well. And also mentioned that it was, “My Grandfather’s Energy and also suggested some reading material to me”. Then on gradually I began to to understand more and more and finally I did begin to feel, “My Hands getting Energy at certain times even when I was writing on This Blog” and also when some of them needed Healing Energy” meaning I had, “Received the, “Gift of Healing to Both my Hands”!

Chapter 2 ~ How I Became an Author!

Hello To, All My Dear Readers Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I hope all of you are in Good Health and doing well in your life. As you see I have covered as much as I can “Of My Journey Towards Good Health” in The 1st Chapter. I am not going to repeat the same things over and over again, “Unless anyone wants some information on some issue”, and You can say so in the comment Box below the posts. I hope to be writing on “The Themes of Relaxation” and other ways of “Being Creative and Maintaining a Healthy way of Living”. For the, “New Readers” who are following what I write, “You can choose The articles from the 1st Part”. I have done 111 posts and “To know Who I am” 112th is The Introductory page” Who I am & Why I am Writing!Christmas 1a
It was in December 12th, 2015, I had gone very early to ‘The Shopping Mall” and was listening to “Christmas Carols” and waiting for the shops to open, that I wrote this word on My shopping List, “On Perfection”. The world the society finds it Difficult to see “Perfection” This is why generally when people even Things look too “Perfect” or “Whole” They tend to find some “Flaw” in it. They cannot Believe that some can work up to be “Very near To Perfection”! It can also be the action of making something perfect. Since perfect things are without fault or flaw, perfection is a perfect condition!

What people do not understand is: That it takes a “Lot of Hard work to “Be Perfect” or “Make some Object to ~ Be Perfect”. Perfection is a flawless state where everything is exactly right. It can also be the action of making something very well. Since Perfect things are without fault or flaw, Perfection is a Perfect condition ~ I net! And to “Behave in a Perfect Way’ One has to be “Be Highly Disciplined”!

Discipline: is the “Practice or Standards of Behaviour”. “Is the quality of being able to behave and work in a way which involves obeying particular rules or standards”~ I Net. And also, going about in Life or Doing things correctly and honestly, “Even if someone see them or not” is ~Integrity!

Collage ~ New Year Resolutions!

I have been writing and posting until it is late in the night. You can see the picture posts until then. It’s almost 3 AM in the morning and I need to sleep 🙂
I am writing again after a rest. Below is a picture of “New Year Resolutions” as what some make plans when “A New Year Begins” and to do to improve their Lives ❤

I have started from “Be Happy” and below is “A Happiness Collage” The person who has done this is a girl or a lady, “Who loves the colour Pink and see how she has used all very pretty pictures of different things in Pink. Obviously, she has to be, “Very Neat” also as it is all done methodically and beautifully. It says, “Happiness is when what You Think, What You Say, and What You do are in Harmony” 🙂

The next Topic shown, “Eat Healthy”: I got a collage mainly about eggs. It says, “For a few decades, eggs had a rather unwholesome reputation. Thanks to its high cholesterol content, the egg was considered bad for one’s health. Years went by while many shunned eggs, ate only the whites, or ventured into the world of egg substitutes. Then, in 2000, the American Heart Association (AHA) revised its dietary guidelines and gave healthy adults the green light to enjoy eggs once again!

Different kinds of short eats sweet and savoury made out of flour and Bread Dough 😀 This is a list of pastries, which are small buns made using a stiff dough enriched with fat. As you see this is A Collage about Travelling. Somehow surprisingly. I have come across a Collage, from My Birth Country: Sri Lanka. Travelling to other countries is quite expensive, “So Travel can be in various ways by, “Hiking, Mountain climbing, walking and so on. And also by different kinds of Transport, “One’s own, Planes, Ships, Boats or by Public Transport in, Trains and Buses. Or hired vehicles like, Coaches, Vans or cars and some even travel by motorcycles”. It can be within around one’s own country to places close to where you live or once in a way for a short-day trip or for a few days away from the everyday scenes helps to relax freshens your mind, and helps to learn new things and bring new ideas to your mind 🙂

Recreation. Here making collages by group of people, see different ones done in different ways. It can be fun and also to learn new ways, when doing with other people by getting different ideas and relaxing by talking and sharing their food and drinks also 🙂

Cinema 😀 This comes under, “Entertainment” where you can even find old, “Tickets” paper cuttings, Popcorn, drinks and ice cream pictures. And also of film stars, names of films, and so much of everything to do of films, or any other means of plays and even dances or circuses and whatever that goes on with entertainment 🙂

Education: On Passing that test means studying. There are so many ways to study. It can be studying and studying with others as a Group. This all depends again as each individual preference. I have got these pictures as Group Studying!

You need to Save money to do all these things in life. Finding a job according to one’s Qualifications is not always easy. Getting a matching salary is more difficult. The most difficult and sometimes almost impossible task is to “Save Money” One has to take a real effort and go out of the way in being careful, if you want to save for that rainy day day and for the future.
