Therapy ~ Decluttering!

Hello To All My Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I Hope All of You are in Good Health, and “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. I am at almost at the end of clearing after living in my little home now coming close to 9 years. As well as starting a “New Year” and change of seasons. For me its, “Making do with less. As I need more Time to do My writing and working towards Mental wellness and Good Health” ❤


For me, There is hardly things to throw, other than very old news papers, empty bottles and containers that cannot be used anymore. Most of the extra things I am “Giving away” or “Donating” for people who can make use of them for free. For some people, getting rid of things, even things you know you don’t need, wont know how best to do it. Maybe you’re not sure where to begin or maybe you just need a little push in the right direction. So I thought of writing a post about it. As “Decluttering also is a form of “Therapy” ❤


Decluttering helps us to know, “Exactly what we need” and makes our Minds “More alert”. As we have only things we need. Easier to know when something is needed, we don’t waste time looking for them!

It is not possible to declutter the whole of the house at once. So we need to go step by step and then it’s easier to look for specific items to declutter. Sometimes there can be a friend or someone who can help and also know of things, where a special place or people whom to give. Sometimes some will need some Money to buy a few new things and then people do exchange or have a sale” Selling things like in a Garage sale, meaning at home in their Garage and outside” Again they can be a joint sale with others thing also 🙂

This is for you some ideas. But You do not have to follow everything. There is no hurry or “Time Limit” It can be Daily, once in a way or when you feel like it 🙂


As Time goes by, New bottles and packing material changes as well as colours. So you don’t have to spend extra money to buy new stuff. By clearing “The unwanted things 🙂

We keep on Moving Ahead to, The Future. “It becomes almost a different space and “A New You” 🙂

Now this is for you. To write some ideas for yourself. You can even print it out and keep somewhere. Write like notes even some other things. Even like a little Diary. As above say jot down your thoughts. May be one or even a few copies. Its “Very Pretty” 🙂

Resilience ~ Revised!

Emotional Fitness:

What is emotional fitness: Emotional fitness: is the idea that the mind needs regular training exercise, just like our body does, in order to stay mentally and emotionally strong and healthy. Having good emotional fitness means that we can better cope with handling our emotions and our reactions to everyday situations. Emotional Fitness Emotional Fitness!

Thinking fitness is a condition that helps us look, feel and do our best. Thinking Fitness Thinking Fitness!

The definition of behavioral fitness is to conduct, routines, and habits that promote health and the ability to withstand, recover from, difficult times of stress. Behavioural Fitness Behavioural Fitness!

Spiritual fitness is about developing your Resilience skills through understanding your own beliefs and how you interact with the world. Whatever your spiritual orientation—or your opinions on religion and spirituality—you have a set of beliefs through which you live. Spiritual Fitness Spiritual Fitness!
