That today I have decided to write about how Valuable Reading is. Explaining the above a little bit: Benefits are, Reading adds so much of extra Knowledge as we read, we come across new words, how to use them, new findings and information, helps to relax as the mind calms down ~ (unless it is it is stressful things) and if one takes a book or any reading material, to read before sleeping, automatically You will find You will feel sleepy and even fall asleep while reading. Generally reading while lying down this is what happens.

Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits. Dancing can improve muscle tone and strength, and a great way to meet new friends if that is what you like. There are many styles of dance to choose from, each with its own attractions. Popular styles of dancing include:

Ballet – mostly performed to classical music, this dance style focuses on strength, technique and flexibility.

Ballroom dancing – this involves a number of partner-dancing styles such as the waltz, swing, foxtrot, rumba and tango.

1) Fun and Uplifting:To move yourself to the beat of music promptly puts you in a Positive Mood. Instructions are always given in a upbeat and a lively manner. Also You will be surrounded by Joyful individuals and uplifting melodies. After learning  the moves get ready fora great time.
2) Strength: You will develop more strength as dancers learn to respond to their partners moves. It includes fast turning and spinning.
3) Flexibility: Is a big part of dancing. Both men and women get Health Benefits from it. Most Ballroom Dancing classes start with stretching and warming up, as this helps to relax and dance easily. So the more you dance the more Relaxed You will become.
4) Metabolism: In just 30 minutes you can reduce 200-400 calories. This is almost the same amount if you do running or cycling.
5) Creative Outlet: Ballroom Dancing is an amazing creative activity through all these different movements. As Dancing is something that comes naturally to people.
6) Health: As its a form of movements, it can become a form of exercising and helps reduce weight and helps to have a stronger and a Healthy Heart.

It can be a great recreational and sporting choice, because anyone of any age can take part. It doesn’t matter whether it is cold or raining, as dancing is usually done indoors ❤

I have been wanting to write about the benefits of Dancing for a long time. As it is described as the “Best method of Relaxing and getting over stress” Because you Dance with Music and almost all of your mind is on the feeling of Moving to nice Music. “Dance is the most fundamental of all art forms. Dance is a Physical and Mental workout. Dance Stimulates the Mind and Body. It’s proven to increase Cognitive strengths and helps to have good health. That is the Miracle of Dance” 🙂

Dance Its a form of Exercising also Once you get your body moving  Although the picture Quotes say for children, “They are the same for adults” also as you can see. Until I write about them, I thought of posting the picture quotes and a “Beautiful video of Dancing the Waltz” might be a good distraction at this time, “As all are having to stay at home, and even if you do or do not Dance yourself, “It is so enjoyable to watch and Relax” I do Hope you all find this article Educative as well as Enjoyable 🙂

So You want to Reduce Stress “Dance Does That~ It’s called a “Happy Dance” for a reason. Dancing is fun, energizing and effective way to “Relieve stress and anxiety. Just one Lively Dance session can lower negative feelings and get you to feel Relaxed and Positive” Partner Dancing supposed to make you have stronger social bonds and be mentally healthy But what I myself know is to Dance by Yourself or do movement according to music gets you well exercised and leave you in a good mood 🙂

“These are “Very advanced articles” and I need to write the exact meanings and clarify. So read very carefully. None of us work 24/7 and there is always some free time to relax. Also relaxing does not need a lot of money either. Of course, if one has extra money to spend, there are many expensive ways to relax also. But actually, you do not need to spend like that. As relaxing is becoming one with mother nature. The closer you become to mother earth, by ways of food, clothes and living the closer you become to a stress-free life. It is difficult to lead a complete stress-free life in this present times. But there are plenty of simple ways to relax like the post above, and below, to reduce our stress levels and enjoy a balanced and healthy life 🙂
