Hope all of you keeping well and moving on in life peacefully. I thought of writing a little about Energy Healing ~ Intuitive Healing today with my knowledge I have acquired over a long period of time. I have started to read to discover more on this subject. We are all part of the universe and energy is everywhere, and we are also energy. Its proven in science, physics. There is no specific religion when concerning energy. Any kind of prayers, even soothing classical music, the sounds of nature are all healing energies. That is why if you are stressed, a walk in nature, the park, woods or on the beach relaxes you and re-energize you ❤

As these places are not polluted with dust and smoke but full of soothing sounds and clean air that fills your lungs with oxygen and helps clean up your system. There are enough people who sit quietly and look at the sea, the movements of the waves help the mind to relax

Although I have been writing before, “As I have developed my gift of “Healing Energies” now I understand and aware more about “Healing Energies”. As I began writing this post on 20th April 2019 ~ (I received Energy from 10.29 pm up to 10.32 pm to my Right Hand) and now today is 17th May 2019 that I finished writing as this is a very advanced article I have taken some time to finish it. And now again it is 10th September 2019 I have started to add the information from the picture quotes for you to be able to read and understand them more clearly ❤

Although I meant to write about Intuitive Healing mainly, I have realized that I need to write and explain about, “Energy and Vibration” first. As I found, out with My own Experiences that, “It is possible to change our Energies if, “We fall in line with the “The Universal Energy” Of course, I have worked towards this by, “Praying and Meditating, Giving and Sharing over a long period of Time with, Dedication and Sacrifices” Persistently and with Patience 🙂 ❤

As it cannot be seen, it’s not everyone who understand and believe that we are and all around us is “Energy” But there are those out there are people whom you come across, who talks of energy too! One day was at the shops and there were few ladies talking, they were completely unknown to me. They were speaking about someone that they felt very comfortable with and then they were saying that its because that person has “Good Energy”!

I have observed that, “It is very difficult to show or prove when you go through changes or advance oneself, as it cannot be seen from outside. But then in my case, “I have become Healthier, and look much Younger 😀

The reason why people are unable to see the changes when people become well or even otherwise is, “Because they have, “A very old imprint ~ And everything that is said or done they look through that same angle or the same old way. Some can never go past how others have changed or advanced. “So it is not everyone who can understand, want, accept or know how to receive Energy and we have to accept that, and we have to keep on Moving ahead. In life in whatever we do, “there are always believers and non-believers”. What we have to do is to stretch beyond all this and go forward with Courage and Determination to reach our ultimate Goals. “Our Destiny for the Purpose” we have been born for ❤

It is certainly odd when there is so much of proof that we are energy and everything around us is energy, that some really cannot think on that line. Some only have limited knowledge. Also, we cannot change others, we can only change ourselves. So, in this path, it takes time to build up. But all difficult paths end up in places where others have not dared to go Why people fall ill is because both the body and mind goes out of balance. Disease means  “Lack of ease” when energy is not flowing correctly.

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is a practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. This is done using specific thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, that such work on the feet and hands causes a physical change to the related areas of the body.

Energy healing” include Reiki, Reflexology, Kinesiology Energy Healing!

Pranic Healing. “The Universal Energy” is also called “Healing or Pranic energy”. “Prana” is a Sanskrit word that means “life force “, “chi” in China and “ki” in Japan. Energy healing” include Reiki, Reflexology, Kinesiology. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Pranic Healing is a highly developed and tested system of energy based a no-touch healing technique that utilizes “Prana” to balance, harmonize and transform the body’s energy processes.

Thought Field Therapy, Acupuncture and Tong Ren Therapy. Even Yoga could be considered a type of energy healing. Yoga, the Sanskrit word for “Union”, is a practice that uses posture and breathing techniques to induce relaxation, improve strength and flexibility. So, by re-balancing both body and mind to their former status, the energy flow becomes normal, and You can become well.
