I have been writing and posting until it is late in the night. You can see the picture posts until then. It’s almost 3 AM in the morning and I need to sleep 🙂
I am writing again after a rest. Below is a picture of “New Year Resolutions” as what some make plans when “A New Year Begins” and to do to improve their Lives ❤

I have started from “Be Happy” and below is “A Happiness Collage” The person who has done this is a girl or a lady, “Who loves the colour Pink and see how she has used all very pretty pictures of different things in Pink. Obviously, she has to be, “Very Neat” also as it is all done methodically and beautifully. It says, “Happiness is when what You Think, What You Say, and What You do are in Harmony” 🙂

The next Topic shown, “Eat Healthy”: I got a collage mainly about eggs. It says, “For a few decades, eggs had a rather unwholesome reputation. Thanks to its high cholesterol content, the egg was considered bad for one’s health. Years went by while many shunned eggs, ate only the whites, or ventured into the world of egg substitutes. Then, in 2000, the American Heart Association (AHA) revised its dietary guidelines and gave healthy adults the green light to enjoy eggs once again!

Different kinds of short eats sweet and savoury made out of flour and Bread Dough 😀 This is a list of pastries, which are small buns made using a stiff dough enriched with fat. Some dishes, such as pies, are made of a pastry casing that covers or completely contains a filling of various sweet or savory ingredients.

As you see this is A Collage about Travelling. Somehow surprisingly. I have come across a Collage, from My Birth Country: Sri Lanka. Travelling to other countries is quite expensive, “So Travel can be in various ways by, “Hiking, Mountain climbing, walking and so on. And also by different kinds of Transport, “One’s own, Planes, Ships, Boats or by Public Transport in, Trains and Buses. Or hired vehicles like, Coaches, Vans or cars and some even travel by motorcycles”. It can be within around one’s own country to places close to where you live or once in a way for a short-day trip or for a few days away from the everyday scenes helps to relax freshens your mind, and helps to learn new things and bring new ideas to your mind 🙂

Recreation. Here making collages by group of people, see different ones done in different ways. It can be fun and also to learn new ways, when doing with other people by getting different ideas and relaxing by talking and sharing their food and drinks also 🙂

Cinema 😀 This comes under, “Entertainment” where you can even find old, “Tickets” paper cuttings, Popcorn, drinks and ice cream pictures. And also of film stars, names of films, and so much of everything to do of films, or any other means of plays and even dances or circuses and whatever that goes on with entertainment 🙂

Education: On Passing that test means studying. There are so many ways to study. It can be studying and studying with others as a Group. This all depends again as each individual preference. I have got these pictures as Group Studying!

You need to Save money to do all these things in life. Finding a job according to one’s Qualifications is not always easy. Getting a matching salary is more difficult. The most difficult and sometimes almost impossible task is to “Save Money” One has to take a real effort and go out of the way in being careful, if you want to save for that rainy day day and for the future. Online Psychological Therapy!

I have been reading some articles and according to the latest statistics, mental illnesses have been going up and “The word Health Organization has stated that depression will be the biggest cause of health burden in the world by 2030”. This something that should be taken on seriously, as so many Lives are at stake. Millions world over supposed to be going through low moods also called depression and many other mental issues. What is Depression?  There are So many under This Topic: Healing ~ Desire To Heal!

It is annoying that so many people “Even those who are highly educated “are still not aware that the mind also can become unwell and can become “Well and Heal too”. Or with some people keep it under control with “Counselling and Medication” well enough “To lead a normal life just like everyone else to Lead a Life of Happiness and Joy” ❤ ❤ ❤

One in seven supposed to, experience major depression in their life time. But 70% of them will not seek treatment. One of the main reasons for this is supposed to be Stigma:

The other reasons are not having access to formal mental health treatment due to being in remote areas, the cost and time limitations. The result of this is people becoming unwell and unable to work or to lead their lives in the normal way and also doing things that is not helpful for your life and giving sadness to their loved ones. In the past it was said that counselling online is of little help, now research has clearly shown that self-guided, online psychological therapy is effective for most people experiencing low moods or depression regardless of severity or back ground. Researchers has also shown that, “E-Mental Health programs can be used to, “Reduce and Prevent the onset of Mental Issues in Young people”. Also “There is evidence that, “Clinically developed Online Psychology Therapy provides a Highly effective and Accessible Solution for this growing problem!

It has been shown and proven that “E-Mental Health programs significantly Reduce Depression and Anxiety symptoms. People are able to find and go through, “Self  Guided internet-Based Cognitive Behavioural  Therapy from their Computers, Tablets or even Smart Phones! 

What is: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy?

Donald Meichenbaum, Ph.D. above, is  a founder of “Cognitive Behavioral Modification” and has been voted one of the 10 most influential psychotherapists of the Century. Dr. Meichenbaum is Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and maintains a private practice as a clinical psychologist. He was voted one of the Ten Most Influential Psychotherapists of the Century by North American Therapists in a 1999 American Psychologist Survey . He is considered one of the most cited psychological researchers at Canadian universities. In this way, “Clients can Move from being Clients to ~ “Strong Willed Survivors” and “Successful People ~ Dr. Donald Meichenbaum, Ph.D.

Dr. Meichenbaum uses these questions to evaluate the “Outcome of, “The Therapy”:
1. Are clients now able to describe “A New Life Story about themselves and the World”?
2. Do clients now use more Positive Metaphors to Describe Themselves?
3. Are clients now able to “Predict high-risk situations and Employ Coping Skills in emerging problems”?
4. Are clients able to “Take Credit for the changes”, “They have been able to bring about”?

In Successful Therapy Clients, “Develop Their Own Voices Take Pride in what They have Accomplished, and “Take Ownership of The Changes they are bringing about”. In short, “CLIENTS BECOME THEIR OWN THERAPISTS and TAKE THE THERAPISTS VOICE WITH THEM” ❤

Another Very Important fact is “Gratitude” There is much to the meaning of Gratitude. How I was trained was to, write 5 Gratitudes daily and, gradually I was looking for new things that I am Grateful to write, and without my knowledge my mind was slowly changing to a positive way of thinking. So that was a very big step, in lifting myself from the low moods I was having at the time. You can start by whatever things you are Grateful for but it has to be new ones everyday. Below is something of an example: What is Gratitude?

Each of you will have different things and people to be grateful for according to how your life is. Whatever way, the important thing is, to be aware when good things happen and you acknowledge for all that and to be grateful for them. But now after sometime: 11th December 2020 I am able to say I have gone through counselling, Medication and all what I have ben saying and in my case, and overcome completely and in Good Health and Leading a Normal Life. Welcome To My World!

Hello To All My Dear Followers, and Blogging Friends Readers. 🙂

I started this blog to spread the message on mental wellness. We all go through some form of difficulties in Life. And I too have gone through mine, and due to the ups and downs I went through, it was a little too much of stress and came in to be in low moods from time to time. Then “I recovered fully and “Suddenly it was like the clouds had moved away, and out came the sun. The world opened up to me” ~ “Full of Positivity and Colour” 🙂

When people become unwell, “some do not want to go for treatment because of the My Mission ~ Stigma 1! stigma attached to it”. Getting out of long-term low moods is not easy. There were so many who encouraged me to write “For the Benefit of others” ❤

I started this blog to, “Show the world mainly how I became well again. Well enough to “Study and Train to work as a Tutor in English in TAFE ~ (Technical And Further Education) in Brisbane Australia. I also Studied, “Personal Development, and Natural Health and Healing” Courses through ~ Monash University in Melbourne Australia. “Being mentally unwell is no different to being physically ill. As mind and body are together”. Becoming unwell in mind, can be managed by “Counseling, Therapy and Medication” and they also can live in Dignity and Respect as everyone else in the world. “I have studied and Qualified in Psychology in Counseling and Psychotherapy”, and also reading extensively, to give back even more Knowledge to those of you who are reading my Blog. I have started writing on other Topics of ~ “Life Health and Healing too” I hope all those reading my blog will learn something new or remember what you already know. And make use of them to lead a Better and Happier life 🙂
l20th May 2018: It’s almost three years since I wrote this, and today I am able to tell that, I have Completely recovered and living free from the low moods. I will be updating some of the old articles with my new knowledge and added experiences and also for the benefit of those who are new to the blog. Now that my mind has even more uplifted, my choice of colours and posts have changed too accordingly. My eye goes to new pictures that resonate with how I am feeling. ‘Know that I have gone through Lot of Stress and Difficult times”. But I am saying with “My Experiences it is Possible to put “The past behind, with medication and counselling also, and to keep your Lives Healthy to Live in Peace and Happiness. I Wish so with All My Heart ❤
